SST's Development Center is located on the IT Corridor off Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai. The IT Corridor is a 20 kilometer stretch promoted by the Government of Tamilnadu, on which most of the major IT and IT Enabled Services companies have established their development and support centers.

SST's Development Center is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure including conference rooms with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, high speed wireless internet access, international dialing for call conferencing and pleasing interiors. The development area has ergonomic interiors to ensure maximum productivity of the development team. To ensure uninterrupted and stable power supply, SST has a dedicated power generator in addition to multiple state-of-the-art UPS systems. To provide uninterrupted high speed internet access, two different leased lines are configured in fail over mode. Both the leased lines operate on WiMax (wireless) last mile links.
